About this role
Business Operations (Biz Ops) forms the backbone of Spartan Labs, ensuring functional operations across our product, design, community and engineering teams.
You Will:
- Ensure smooth and functional business operations for Spartan Labs and its portfolio projects including:
- General accounting - Tracking expenses, invoices, costs
- Managing user accounts, access and permissions
- Fundraising Ops (Financial modeling, data room management)
- Treasury Management
- Suggesting business operations improvements, including tools, processes or cost-savings optimizations
- Researching emerging trends and narratives
- Lead and grow our perks program (Currently $500K in perks)
- Be the Point-of-Contact between Spartan Labs and Spartan Group ops/legal teams to support:
- Contract processing
- Hiring and HR efforts including onboarding/offboarding
- Events organizing
You Should:
- Have a deep sense of ownership, accountability and responsibility
- Be organized and have an ability to work with large amounts of information
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
- Be able to improvise on the fly and adapt quickly to changes and new information
- Have a strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a highly driven team
- Experience in crypto is a plus, especially with on-chain transactions
